Schalander – How do you come up with this name?

Through beer!

The savvy beer connoisseur will know. In the past, the room in a brewery where the employees changed clothes and spent their breaks was called a shalander. What kind of name would be more appropriate?

The only thing different in our Schalander is that the brewery is in the middle of the room.
Here, “beery” conviviality is celebrated.

The table arrangement in the room is adapted to the need. The benches attached to ropes at the window front enhance the rustic ambience.

The ceiling is made entirely of reclaimed wood, rests on an iron frame and is a work of art in itself.
