Our chef Bastian Mautz and his team always manage to bring modern ideas and creations to the plate as tasteful experiences.
Our cuisine is strongly determined by seasonal and regional influences. The individual products should present themselves in their flavor variations, but still be experienced as a whole – the art of omission is high school. Everything prepared on the plate corresponds to the theme of the dish and harmonizes perfectly in taste.
Our chefs understand their profession as a vocation, the name “culinary art” comes with us not by chance. This is confirmed by every plate that leaves our kitchen. We want you to not only “get your fill” – our goal is rather to prepare an experience for all your senses.
You will definitely find the right wine for your menu in our well-stocked wine list. Other culinary highlights include our freshly tapped Apfeltranger beer and for dessert the Apierli, our homemade beer liqueur.
